Christmas Decorations For The Fence

We’ve had a few online friends ask about the garland that we added to our farm’s post & rail fence.  We have a “storm” moving in, so I thought I’d take a pic or two, with hopes of the falling snow adding to a little someth’in-someth’in to the shot.  As you can see, you can’t see the snow.  With that said…  here are 2 photos.

As you can see in the background, the haze is moving in.  We’re on the very eastern edge of the storm that is moving through the area.  A few miles beyond the view of the above photo, travel is not suggested and local events are becoming postponed or canceled, as I post this blog entry.

Here is another photo with a semi-sepia tone effect added to it.  This shot is looking SW, down towards the entrance of the farm entrance.  We had a few Kentucky Bourbon turkeys walking along the fence earlier.  I thought it would have been fun to get them in the shot, but they were a little camera shy I guess.
