I don’t typically post about all the births we have on the farm, but I do know I should post a few more than I do. Why don’t I blog about all of the births? Well… I figure you can either read Carol’s blog or Facebook Page. And just to let you know, the farm does have a Facebook Page and many of the births are announced on it.
Anyway, some time between 1:30PM and when Madison got home from school today, we had another set of twins arrive. Madison discovered them after school. When she returned to the house, from the barn, she announced to me that there were new kids on the ground. She said they were doing fine – up and running around. But they were still wet, with birth stuff on them.

The cat in the photo is inside a homemade warming barrel. There is a heat lamp in it and the smart cats know where to go to be comfortable. The goats and cats end up sharing the warmer.
